 *Dunan, who was transferred from the Legislative Yuan's "guinea pig" to the Executive Yuan's SWAT, learns that his real father, Carl Nutt, provided genetic data to the first generation of bioroids. Meanwhile, the Legislative Yuan proposes the Human Optimization Plan (Elvis Plan) in parliament to deal with the stress of the humans (guinea pigs) that was revealed in the Gaia attack incident, and calls for the need to control the minds and bodies of humans as well as bioroids. This proposal to blur the boundary between humans and bioroids is likely to lead to information contamination, so the Ministry of Justice attempts to examine it on the giant computer "Gaia" before deliberation. However, "Gaia" judges this to be a rebellion by the bioroids, and controls a multi-legged cannon to attack the bioroid generation management computer "Tartarus." Dunan's heart is torn between the bioroid side and the human side over Hitomi, who has DNA that can control "Gaia" into a vegetative state - which way will the gun point?!
